Search

You can search all sentiment stamps and sets you have access to using the search bar at the top of every page.

• After starting a search, you'll notice the layout of search result pages changes slightly. This is by design. We gave this page a slightly different look, including changing the colors and locations of some of the filter menus and adding a dark gray background, to provide a visual hint that you're inside of search results.

1. Search bar: This box, which appears on the top of every page, is how you start a search.
2. Back button: This button exits the search results view.
3. Search results header: This text reminds you what you're searching for.
4. View dropdown: This menu lets you limit your search to all stamps and sets available, all stamps and sets in your collection or all stamps and sets on your favorites list or all stamps and sets on your wishlist. This works similarly to the main navigation bar.
5. Text Style filter dropdown: Click this to filter the results by typography style. Works similarly to other filter dropdowns. Filters do not affect stamp set results.
6. Block Size filter dropdown: Click this to filter the results by block size. Works similarly to other filter dropdowns. Filters do not affect stamp set results.
7. Clear button: Click this to remove all filters. Please note this does not reset the view controlled by Item 4.
8. Set results: This panel, which is expandable (see below), lists stamp sets that match your query, as opposed to individual sentiments shown below.
9. Stamp results: This are shows stamp preview cards for each sentiment that matches your results.

When you click the set results bar, it expands to a view like this:

• This lists all of the sets that have images or sentiments that match your search term.
• Click on a set name to view an image of the set's stamps and more details, including the ability to add it to your collection, wishlist or favorites.
• You may need to scroll to see more results.
• To hide the list of set results, click the arrow in the upper right.

What the search tool searches

Our search tool is designed to match the following:

• Set names
• The text that appears in each sentiment stamp
• Translations and alternate ways to interpret text each stamp
• Item numbers
• For set searches only: Keywords assigned to each stamp set
