Sentiments+ provides support exclusively via email and realtime chat.

  • We encourage you to browse our frequently asked questions and entire help site to see if your question is already answered.
  • Please note that our support chat does not always have live agents on duty. Instead, you can leave us a message and we'll get back to you as soon as possible. You do not need to remain on the site. If we respond and you've left the site or become inactive, you'll get an email notification instead. You may find, however, that your responses come faster at certain times. We don't have a set schedule for when we're online, however.
  • If you're already a Sentiments+ member, we recommend logging in to your account first and clicking the "?" icon in the lower right of every page within the app. This allows us to automatically identify you so you don't need to enter your name and email again.
  • We do our best to get back to everyone within 24 hours.
  • We do not offer any type of live support, including phone or video options.
